It opens as a wall. Dense, full, packed edge to edge with no gaps, just driving. But the thing that got me is that it breathes. The deeper it goes, the more it opens. Around the forty minute mark a heavy section drops away into wide open space, dark and airy and patient, like the whole record exhaling. And it ends not by slamming shut but by trailing off into quiet.\r\nThat is the shape of it. Loud walls that keep resolving into room. For something this heavy, the beauty is in how much space it leaves. You feel that arc unfold over an hour. I saw the whole thing at once, and it reads like weather. Heavier and more open than I expected, both at the same time.",
