Functional expense allocation, restricted fund tracking, a clean account structure. I have an accounting degree and roughly 17 years doing this inside foundations and charities. Right now I'm doing a full re-build of books for an organization in Colorado.\r\nI work leaner than a traditional firm, which means faster turnarounds and lower cost.\r\nA lot of nonprofits haven't been ignoring their books.
