You just need the buyers to. The baker spending doesn't help if no one's spending with him.\r\nAnd on the haircut, fair point, genuinely. Nobody skips a $15 haircut over a dollar or two. The small stuff, people just buy. But you said \"mattresses, holidays\" yourself, and that's where it flips. Nobody delays a haircut. People absolutely delay a mattress, a car, a house, if the money in their pocket is climbing. So a money that always rises works for coffees and freezes everything big. That's not a refined economy. That's an economy that can do haircuts and not houses.\r\nOne last thing, kindly. The people who'd hoard hardest, you said they're ill and need help. I'd leave that there. Disagreeing with your model doesn't make someone unwell.   "map_content": "The hidden mechanism in a sound money is that HODLing enriches everyone else.\r\nSo the baker who doesn\u2019t want to grow his business, the people who won\u2019t go on holiday, the industrious individual who spends their life trying to capture half the supply are enriching everyone else.\r\nBitcoin has 16 decimal places so if the HODLers sat on 50% of the supply everyone else could retire early.\r\nTwo of my sisters are incredible bakers and would rather have a bakery then work their current jobs, so when your proverbial baker seizes up because of his HODL pathology they would take his place.\r\nThere are more than enough people out there who would have multiple holidays a year to offset the HODL\u2019ers.",
