  "map_content": "I have been harvesting Romaine Lettuce in a \"cut-and-come-again\" way nearly every 2nd day since early April.\r\n\r\nRight now, the plants have grown tall and it is impossible for us to consume all of it so I started giving away to the neighbors but still there is too much.\r\n\r\nAs the weather is getting warmer, in a while the lettuces will start blooming/bolting and I should harvest all of it at once as after that the taste becomes bitter.\r\n\r\nI wonder if someone has experience with long-term storing Lettuce: meaning blanching and freezing.\r\n\r\nLooking forward for answers in the comments.
