  "map_content": "I had my first fermentation failure @76093!\r\n\r\n4 out of the 6 jars of garlic in my current batch developed a bunch of white and green mold on top of the glass weight. Dumped them right down the drain into the food disposal. The other 2 jars were mold free so I removed the weights and put them in the refrigerator.\r\n\r\nI learned my lesson and will buy some proper airlocks and not just loosely screw on metal canning lids. Do you have a recommendation on an airlock system? I see lot of silicone lids (Pickle Pipes \ud83d\ude02) on Amazon - any experience with those? Or should I stick with a water-trap style airlock?",
